The Winnipeg office serves as a central hub to a diverse team of design professionals working on projects across the public and private sectors, throughout the prairies and across Canada.
Responsibilities
- Assist the architects and senior team members in project design
- Construction detailing and researching appropriate materials
- Validate plans with project programs and apply the code analyses prepared by senior architects
- Review existing documentation and visit sites in order to gather data for the preparation of architectural drawings, documentation, models and visualizations
- Actively maintaining and progressing the professional requirements for provincial internship
Qualifications
- Accredited professional architectural degree from a CACB recognized University
- Registration in, or eligibility to register in, a provincial professional internship program;
- 1-5+ years of relevant experience in an Architectural consulting firm
- Knowledge of BIM principles & workflows, REVIT software; AutoCAD software; Microsoft 365 environment; and Bluebeam are required for this role.
- Preference given to candidates with knowledge of visualization software (Sketchup, VRay, Enscape); Adobe Creative Suite and Generative Design Tools.
