Drake International is looking for our next Recruitment Superstar!

This award-winning team is looking for someone who manages their time effectively and can work with others to ensure our staffing partners needs are met.

This position will be working within a Hybrid model of home and office.

In return, the chosen candidate will receive base salary (plus commission), medical benefits, RRSP matching program, and the ability to be feel fully supported by the team and all departments within Drake International.

Responsibilities

Actively source and qualify candidates
Manage the client's needs and expectations
Maintaining strong relationships in the market
Working to improve recruitment efficiency

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Quota or goal oriented
Able to meet strict deadlines Independently motivated
Team player

Compensation

$45,000 - $50,000 yr salary
Uncapped Commission
RRSP Matching program
Medical & dental benefits
Three weeks' vacation
