ROLE SUMMARY :

Manage the recording and collection of accounts receivable in Quebec and Craft Direct Delivery in Ontario and BC.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage Accounts Receivable collection risk through credit policies. ​
• Reduce Daily Sales Outstanding (DSO), Overdue (OVD), and Bad Debt. ​
• Reconcile payments to customer's accounts.​
• Maintain sound credit policy keeping credit losses and slow collection of receivables to a minimum.​
• Responsible for setting new customer credit terms. ​
• Analysis and resolution of disputes and issues which cause orders and / or accounts to be locked.​
• Unlock or lock accounts and orders as required.​
• Ensure accuracy in reasons and value for credits issued.​
• Communicate with customers and distributors to collect on outstanding invoices, coordinate with external collections if required.​
• Process and review orders, ensuring criteria met for order releasing.
