Job Summary :
We seek an experienced finance professional to drive business performance through data analysis and strategic financial insights.
The ideal candidate will support management with timely financial planning, identify risks and opportunities, and facilitate effective decision-making.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze data to enhance business performance and create insightful reports.
- Provide accurate financial planning and analysis to management.
- Collaborate with divisions to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Establish a strategic planning framework linked to performance metrics.
- Communicate financial trends and prepare monthly analyses highlighting key areas.
- Consolidate rolling forecasts and manage financial reporting systems.
- Monitor cost reduction initiatives and coordinate the annual budget process.
- Analyze business cases for financial impacts and support initiatives.
- Liaise with finance teams for effective communication.
- Coordinate capital expenditure reporting and approvals.
- Support ad hoc projects as needed and participate in Kaizen activities.
Basic Requirements :
- CPA / CA designation.
- Minimum 5 years in FP&A.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and in a diverse team.
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $150,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
