Contract

Reportingto the Network Manager

Implement and manage ITInfrastructure in compliance with IT strategies and roadmaps aswell as provide technical support in an integrated multiplatformsystem environment.

This includes system hardwaresoftware desktops networks voice communications disaster recoverymonitoring and security . Ensure availability andaccessibility of clients infrastructure systems according toestablished Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Collaborate withthirdparty vendors and manage delivery of contracted servicesensuring compliance with the client processes and best practices.

Engage with other IT departments and business partners to translatebusiness objectives into cohesive recommendations and solutionsdefine infrastructure design and deliver quality services andsolutions.

Evaluate and implement new products available throughoutside vendors. Establish and document operational standards andprocedures.

Responsible for the designinstallation configuration maintenance system integration testingdocumentation capacity management and support of network routers switches firewalls load balancers proxy servers andwireless infrastructure.

Manage the planning anddesigning of new networks and ensure appropriate interfacecapabilities with other networks and systems.

Proactively monitorand manage Networks for faults and performance exceptions.Implement and support wide area network services and routingprotocols.

Provides coaching to juniorlevelemployees.

Responsibilities :

Design installconfigure and maintain network (Cisco IOS NXOS and associatedconnected systems) and related utilities and hardware.

Manage work requests related to the network including incidentresponse service requests and changerequests.

• Perform analysis and diagnosis ofcomplex voice and data network issues.
• Advancedknowledge of Cisco UCM voice systems andQOS.
• Provide operational oversight ofInfrastructure vendor performance including maintenance of SLAsaged incidents capacity planning and problemresolution.
• Review monitoring and control ofinfrastructure performance in the areas of response throughput andavailability.
• Partner with EnterpriseArchitecture and vendor partners to evaluate applicable technologytrends research evaluate and recommend enterprise networkproducts / protocols / technologies and establish networksystem.
• Develop and maintain documentation ofthe design implementation and operation ofnetwork.
• Oncall duties to support the 24x7businessoperations.

MustHaves :

• BachelorsDegree in Information Systems or a similarprogram.
• 7 years of experience planning and implementing largescale multivendornetworks i n corporate and service providerenvironments including specific experience with r outing switching and network securityservices (firewalls proxyetc.)
• Experience maintaining andsupporting Cisco network infrastructure andservices including indepth analysis and problemresolution.
• Experience designing installingconfiguring and maintaining networks ( Cisco IOS NXOS and associated connected systems) and relatedutilities and hardware.
• Advanced knowledgeof Cisco UCM voice systems and QOS .
• Experiencewith P ythonAnsible and other network automation tools in alarge distributed environment.
• Strongunderstanding of ITIL Principals and / or ITIL FoundationCertification.
