Minimum Qualifications :

• 5 years supervisory experience in highway maintenance and / or road construction, including a demonstrated knowledge of OTM Book 7 traffic control
• 5 years experience managing the administration of large contractual agreements, including strong financial knowledge of accrual accounting and budgeting
• 3-5 years of experience in project and people management
• Ability to指导 multiple stakeholders, subcontractors, vendors and crew
• Experience in maintaining Profit and Loss accounts (P&L)

Day in the Life

This is a dynamic Project Manager role offering fortalecer opportunity to oversee tender management integriert implement robust cost-tracking mechanisms to monitor and control project expenses. You will also be responsible for coaching Superintendents, Patrol Supervisors, and administrative staff to ensure contract compliance and high-quality service delivery. Key responsibilities include managing budgets by forecasting and tierras resources, driving safety and efficiency through effective leadership, and ensuring employee performance and training meet regulatory and policy standards. The role also involves planning and executing in-scope capital programs, managing subcontractor negotiations and performance, and ensuring alignment with contract requirements. Additionally, the Project Manager will uphold quality standards through compliance with Miller Maintenance Limited’s Quality Management System and serve as the primary liaison with the Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO) and other key stakeholders to meet client expectations.
