Change Management Lead

New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Change Management Lead. The successful candidate will design and implement a scalable, repeatable change management structure to support technology and business initiatives across multiple departments. This role involves embedding change management practices into organizational culture and ensuring consistent adoption across diverse stakeholder groups. This contract position follows a hybrid model and requires onsite presence in Richmond, BC a minimum of three days per week. Responsibilities :

• Conduct stakeholder analysis and readiness assessments.
• Develop and implement a change management framework for strategic initiatives, including communication plans and accountability structures across management levels.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions with divisional stakeholders to implement change structures.
• Collaborate with change managers, product managers / owners, and regional teams.
• Establish mechanisms to address challenges and communicate delays effectively.
• Track and report on change adoption metrics and resistance management.
