New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Change Management Lead. The successful candidate will design and implement a scalable, repeatable change management structure to support technology and business initiatives across multiple departments. This role involves embedding change management practices into organizational culture and ensuring consistent adoption across diverse stakeholder groups. This contract position follows a hybrid model and requires onsite presence in Richmond, BC a minimum of three days per week. Responsibilities :
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and readiness assessments.
- Develop and implement a change management framework for strategic initiatives, including communication plans and accountability structures across management levels.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions with divisional stakeholders to implement change structures.
- Collaborate with change managers, product managers / owners, and regional teams.
- Establish mechanisms to address challenges and communicate delays effectively.
- Track and report on change adoption metrics and resistance management.
Requirements :
Minimum 7 years of experience in organizational change management, preferably in public sector or safety-related environments.Prosci Certification or equivalent.Experience with large-scale technology rollouts and project management.Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.Familiarity with product management, Agile environments, and PI planning cycles.Ability to manage competing priorities across diverse stakeholder groups.If you have the necessary expertise and are able to work in Canada, please submit your resume.
