Description
The Customer Supply Chain Associate will be responsible for working with customers on a day to day basis and handling inquiries received from customers to ensure that products and services are delivered in a timely manner.
Customer Supply Chain Associates will work directly with multiple customers, Regional Sales Managers and Representatives to provide the highest level of customer support by managing the Customer Supply Chain Network.

Key Responsibilities :
Order management including monitoring, tracking and updating of shipping dates using multiple excel spreadsheets including a comprehensive dashboard for daily actions
Constant and proactive communication to internal and external customers regarding order and shipment status
Develop strong customer relationships, which may include some travel across North America for customer / site visits for the purpose of understanding their businesses, addressing any concerns where possible and highlighting potential issues and possible solutions
Collaborate with multiple internal departments to ensure a smooth order process by problem solving to expedite as required using various data sources
Use excel to provide daily customer reports
Utilize multiple systems for order entry and to verify customer orders for accuracy, load weight, pallet count, special considerations, etc.
Leading projects using structured problem solving methodology
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
High level of attention to detail is required to ensure accuracy of order entry and reports
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to problem solve and think outside the box
Good organization skills
Ability to handle a high volume of emails and orders
Strong / proven analytical skills
College or University degree / diploma in Business Administration or Operations / Inventory Control / Logistics / Supply Chain preferred
1+ years of experience in a similar role with direct experience managing orders and customer relationships
Practical experience with MS Office (intermediate excel skills) and detail oriented research abilities
Strong customer focus and excellent relationship building skills
JDE experience is an asset
Role is for a late shift that ends at 6.30 pm
