Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Hospitality / Hotel / or Medical Business Administration Knowledge
• Exceptional at customer service and retailing, have an eye for detail
• You should be passionate about skin, health & beauty

Excellent Phone Etiquette

Ability to Problem Solve

Primary Functions :

Schedule services for guests and large groups using spa / salon reservations software system.

You listen to your clients, get to know them and accommodate their needs to the fullest extent.

You always find a solution and never say “no.”

Manage the reservations / cancellations throughout the day and communicate to the service providers

Check in guests for appointments, collect their information

Solicit Feedback and Reviews from Clients

Promote and sell spa / salon services and retail skin care lines.

In the Admin Role you will be in charge of opening and closing the Spa, daily financial reports, daily bank deposits, manage inventory effectively.

If you are successful in this role you will be promoted to a Client Relationship Manager position.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours : 40 per week
