Shift : Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) during business hours (7 : 00am to 6 : 00pm)

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with College of Pharmacy requirements when delivering pharmacy service
• Ensuring patient care and safety within scope while completing all typical duties of a Registered Pharmacy Technician in a long term care pharmacy setting
• Showing checking skills to support final checks in compounding, prescriptions requirements and compliance packaging.
• Other duties as required to support patient care and safety

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacy Technician in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
• Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with pharmacy software (Kroll is an asset)
• Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a long-term care or community setting (Asset)
