Responsibilities
Posting invoices
Processing employee expenses,
Preparing vendor reports
Intercompany expense invoices
Reconciling credit cards and reviewing projects for cost recoveries.
Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience with full-cycle AP
Experience reviewing bank statements, preparing reconciliations, and investigating variances
Strong MS Excel skills
Proficiency with Dynamics is an asset
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
Excellent attention to detail
