Purpose of the position
We are currently looking for a Team Leader, HR Contact Center, to join our payroll and human resources team in Brossard. This person must be dynamic, focused and have excellent customer service skills. We offer a flexible environment and opportunities for growth. Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :
- Act as the first point of contact and support for businesses under management regarding matters related to payroll, benefits and the Employer D payroll processing system;
- Be a central point of contact and front-line support for businesses under management;
- Manage cases (tickets) via Zendesk;
- Answer calls or voicemails from companies under management through the central HR shared services IVR toll-free number;
- Process new hires, terminations and position changes in Employer D;
- Enter data into the benefit provider group database;
- Maintain employee information in the database and ensure it is up to date;
- Complete registrations and follow up on terminations of employment regarding social benefits;
- Ensure that the team has the tools and resources necessary to accomplish its tasks;
- Manage all files and calls to meet our customer service standards;
- The Team Lead is responsible for managing the performance of the HR Shared Services Support team;
- Other tasks will be entrusted to him.
