We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to lead the full lifecycle of our product lines—from initial setup and market introduction to ongoing support and eventual phase‑out. This high‑impact role is central to our growth strategy, requiring a deep understanding of the Canadian market landscape, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to develop and execute product strategies that drive revenue, profitability, and long‑term success.

As a key voice of the customer, you’ll engage directly with clients and sales teams to uncover opportunities, deliver impactful training (virtually and in person), and champion product solutions that meet evolving market demands. You’ll monitor industry trends, economic drivers, and emerging technologies to ensure our offerings remain relevant and competitive. Your insights will shape product enhancements, new innovations, and go‑to‑market strategies that align with our vertical market focus.

This is more than a product management role, it’s a chance to lead with influence across the organization. You’ll be empowered to make data‑driven decisions, contribute to promotional planning, and support product launches through digital channels including websites, landing pages, and social media. If you’re analytical, collaborative, and passionate about delivering value through innovation, we want to hear from you.

  • Facilitate effective cross‑functional communication to support and advance Hubbell Canada’s vertical market strategy, ensuring alignment across teams and consistent execution.
  • Stays abreast of technological advances to develop a competitive strategy to enhance market position, new applications for products, and modifications to improve flexibility and customer appeal. Ability to learn about assigned technology areas to understand and communicate program needs.
  • Establishes effective communication channels and working relationships at all levels to provide pertinent, timely and accurate information and ensure effective performance of related product line functions.
  • Has experience in presenting to all levels of the organization successfully communicating complex issues and business cases.
  • Responsible for keeping management informed of the progress, status and direction of assigned product lines and projects, including overall trends in the marketplace in order to develop product strategies.
  • Develops and implements a marketing strategy for assigned product lines that includes promotions, marketing collateral, merchandising and support website and social media campaigns.
  • Supports sales efforts by participating in a variety of training events, trade shows, market development programs and industry association committees.
  • Develops, tracks and drives new product development, redesign and product modification efforts by managing cross functional activities through the organization and communicates requirements and issues effectively.

What will help you thrive in this role?
