We are seeking a SeniorManager, Collection Analytics & Strategy (Credit Risk) who is passionate about joining a winning team and growing their career! Your role is part of a collaborative risk and analytics team and you will work in partnership with executives and management who lead the different areas of our business that support our continued growth, with dedicated support to LendCare Collection Department.

What will you be doing?

Data Mining, Modeling, and Analysis

• Identify, evaluate, and review the collections portfolio to uncover opportunities for developing a risk-based segmentation strategy that optimizes collection activities.
• Assess and monitor credit risk trends, ensuring adherence to authorized risk tolerance parameters, and provide insights to support senior management decision-making.
• Apply deep analytical expertise to diagnose, document, and report drivers of unexpected changes in portfolio / origination composition and credit performance. Communicate findings, forecast potential impacts on losses, and present recommendations to senior management.
• Analyze and recommend improvements to collections decisions, underwriting strategies, and existing reports, processes, and procedures.
• Contribute to building a robust data infrastructure for model development and analytics. Deliver meaningful analysis that drives collection strategy optimization, including customer risk segmentation to improve the portfolio’s risk-reward profile. Use financial services knowledge to understand profitability and performance drivers and design programs that optimize net financial contribution.
