Starting base salary CAD$64,000 - $84,000

Plus Bonus, Equity & Benefits

Senior Channel Marketing Designer and Content Strategist

The Senior Channel Marketing Designer and Content Strategist is a senior, hands‑on creative role within our consulting team. This position blends channel marketing expertise, visual design, and content strategy, owning the development of customer-facing, partner‑facing and through‑the‑channel materials from concept through execution.

You are equally comfortable crafting a campaign story, writing persuasive copy, and designing polished, professional assets, including PowerPoint presentations and training materials. You understand how IT channel audiences consume content and know how to turn complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives.

What you’ll be doing :

Channel Marketing Strategy & Creative Direction

Develop channel‑specific creative strategies that align with client objectives and IT channel marketing best practices.

Translate business goals into strong creative concepts and messaging frameworks.

Ensure consistency of brand, tone, and messaging across all client deliverables.

Contribute to campaign ideation and creative planning alongside consultants and project managers.

Design, Content & Storytelling (Execution‑Focused)

Create original marketing collateral from scratch, owningboth design and copywritingwhen required, including : Channel campaigns and partner toolkitseBooks, whitepapers, and one‑pagersEmail and landing page contentSales enablement assetsPowerPoint presentations for partners, sales teams, and executivesTraining and enablement materials (guides, playbooks, workshops)Social media assets, blogs and campaign visuals

Develop structured narratives and storyboards to support videos, presentations, training content, and multi‑asset initiatives.

Expertly execute designs using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), ensuring high‑quality, on‑brand output.

PowerPoint & Training Materials Expertise

Design clear, engaging, and visually compelling PowerPoint decks that tell a cohesive story.

Translate complex programs and concepts into digestible training materials for partner and internal audiences.

Apply instructional design thinking to ensure training content is easy to follow, practical, and effective.

AI‑Enabled Creative Production

Leverage AI tools to enhance ideation, accelerate asset creation, and refine copy and visuals.

Stay current on evolving AI capabilities relevant to design, content, and marketing workflows.

Apply professional judgment to ensure AI‑assisted work meets quality, brand, and ethical standards.

Collaboration, Soft Skills & Leadership

Collaborate closely with consultants, project managers, designers, and media specialists.

Incorporate feedback thoughtfully while maintaining creative integrity and timelines.

Provide constructive input and creative guidance to peers when appropriate.

Contribute to process improvements, templates, and best practices within the creative team.

Bring empathy, professionalism, curiosity, and a team‑first mindset to all interactions.

What you will bring to the role

5–10+ years of experience in creative strategy, design, or agency environments. Channel Marketing experience is a plus!

Demonstrated ability to design and write marketing content end‑to‑end.

Expert‑level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Advanced skills in PowerPoint, including executive‑level presentations and training decks.

Experience creating training, enablement, or instructional content.

Familiarity with storyboarding for campaigns, presentations, or educational materials (plus).

Comfort working with and evaluating AI‑enabled creative tools.

Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
