Job Description
Are you skilled in facilities management and enjoy creating organized, functional spaces? Our client is looking for a Facilities Lead to oversee room setups, equipment maintenance, and building upkeep for daily activities and events.

With a mission centered on inclusivity and well-being. This role is crucial to enhancing their organization’s operations, focusing on effective communication, community outreach, and program support.
Key Responsibilities
Room and Equipment Set-Up :
- Manage room setups and coordinate with cleaning staff and event planners.
- Ensure the equipment is operational and provide basic Zoom set-ups,
- Oversee event preparation, support, and takedown,
Building Maintenance :
- Coordinate painting projects as well as minor plumbing and electrical repairs with contractors.
- Regularly check windows, furniture, and other fixtures to ensure everything is in good shape.
- Arrange necessary safety inspections and schedule equipment repairs as required.
Storage Space Management :
- Make the best use of storage space and keep the storage system organized.
- Check equipment twice a year and keep track of keys and locks.
Qualifications
- Experience in facilities management or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Experience with or willingness to learn A / V and IT equipment set up.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
