Reporting to : Operations Manager
Location : Lower Mainland Greater Vancouver BC
Salary : $120 to 125K Excellent Benefits
Our client seeks a passionate Registered Nurse (RN) to lead their clinical quality initiatives.
This leadership role offers significant career advancement potential for a skilled and driven professional dedicated to exceptional senior care.
Your Impact :
You will provide clinical expertise mentor staff champion quality improvement and ensure compliance.
Youll oversee resident admissions MDS / RAI assessments and staff development.
Your leadership will shape our assisted living program aligning with Fraser Health expectations.
Youll also collaborate closely with the Resident Services Manager stepping in as needed.
Qualifications :
- Current BCCNM RN registration (BSN preferred).
- Significant experience in senior care.
- Proven leadership and mentorship skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
