Responsibilities

📋 Role Highlights : Deliver Actionable Insights : Conduct in-depth data analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.Monitor & Optimize Performance : Analyze KPIs, identify cost and revenue drivers, and continuously refine dashboards and metrics.Collaborate in Agile Sprints : Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.Support Business Intelligence : Contribute to BI initiatives and maintain alignment with organizational standards and evolving tools.Drive Data-Driven Decisions : Detect issues early, perform "what-if" analyses, and provide analytics that inform planning across financial, customer, process, and workforce areas.Champion Data Consistency : Partner with business units and analysts to ensure high-quality, reliable reporting and shared understanding of performance frameworks.🧠 What a Day Might Look Like : Morning : Join the daily stand-up, align on sprint priorities, and review data tasks.Midday : Analyze datasets, build queries, and collaborate on insights.Afternoon : Present findings, refine dashboards, and support decision-making.End-of-Day : Share learnings, update Jira, and contribute to retrospectives.
