Job Summary :
Deighton is looking for a detail-driven and forward-thinking Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for executing and maintaining the operational foundation that helps drive Deightons revenue lifecycle from opportunity pursuit and proposal submission through implementation renewal and expansion.
This role focuses on process execution CRM integrity RFP and proposal operations and actionable reporting enabling cross-functional teams to operate from a shared reliable revenue operating model. This is a hands-on manager-level role that works across global sales and professional services teams to ensure consistency visibility and follow-through.
Key responsibilities :
Revenue Process Execution
- Own manage and maintain end-to-end revenue operations processes
across Sales Professional Services and Client Success
Helps operationalize pre-sales to implementation handoffs ensuring scope assumptions and delivery readiness are clearly documentedIdentify operational gaps impacting time to revenue and escalate improvement opportunitiesEnsure and drive consistent definitions stages and metrics across teamsCRM & Revenue Systems Management
Own maintain and administer the CRM and other related internal systems :Pipeline tracking
ForecastingRenewals and expansionsProfessional services revenue visibility and opportunity hand backsEnsure required fields stages and data standards are followedSupport CRM adoption and data hygiene across teamsProduce recurring dashboards and reports for leadership on system and revenue healthRevenue Reporting & Insights
Deliver regular reporting on :Pipeline health
RFP and bid activityWin / loss trendsImplementation timelinesRenewal and expansion visibilityCRM system healthSupport quarterly planning and forecasting with accurate timely dataTranslate data into practical insights to support decision-makingDesign develop and maintain dashboards used across Marketing Sales and Client SuccessCreate and manage recurring reports on campaign performance funnel activity pipeline health and NPSReport on trends in customer behavior lead generation product usage and engagement to support planning and forecastingProposal Operations & RFP Management
Mange proposal templates and reusable content componentsMonitor procurement portals for submissions deadlines amendments and addendaCoordinate proposal inputs across cross-functional teamsEnsure compliance with submission requirements and timelinesCapture outcomes and feedback to support continuous improvementAutomation & Technology
Support the creation and optimization of marketing automation programs including nurture flows lead scoring segmentation and lifecycle engagement.Help maintain clean reliable data across CRM and marketing automation platforms (Pipedrive Campaigns Salesforce Marketo etc.).Work with team members to define measurement approaches for campaigns programs and events.QualificationsRequirements
58 years of revenue operations sales operations or a related roleExperience in B2B or public sector RFP driven sales cyclesHands-on experience administering managing and implementing CRM systemsAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables data modeling complex formulas).Strong hands-on experience with Power BI or a comparable BI platform (Tableau Looker etc.).Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Pipedrive Salesforce or Marketo.Comfortable working with large datasets and multiple data sources.Solid understanding of marketing funnels digital analytics and sales reporting structures.Ability to turn data into clear actionable recommendations and provide business insights.Exposure to professional services or implementation led environmentsSkills
