Servicenow Training Content Developer – Job Description

• Develop course materials from existing content and/or from a blank sheet of paper

• Includes research

• as needed to obtain complete, correct and current information

• Develop comprehensive Confluence training page with all content

• Design, develop, author, narrate, record, edit, and implement training content

• Produce, edit, and deliver engaging training content through online learning format

• Host live training sessions for a variety of medium to large audiences (up to 200+ attendees)

• Design and develop learning outcomes assessment activities, including assessment questions, scenarios, and simulations

Servicenow Training Content Developer – Mandatory Skills

• Experience with e-learning software such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate strongly desired

• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills

• Agility and adaptability

• Problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage one's time

• Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback

• Advanced to expert knowledge of business analysis, project delivery practices and standards across the project life cycle

• Knowledge of business process management techniques and principles involved

• Ability to produce training modules in various formats (video and documentation)

• Experience in Adult education and Live training

• Experience Converting technical documents to user friendly modules

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Tech Savvy
