Salary : $65,000 (Based on experience)

Requirements :
- At least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in full-cycle payroll
- DEC, AEC, or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Bilingual for communications outside of Quebec
- Knowledge of Quebec's labor standards
- Familiarity with Nethris payroll software (ideal)
Key Responsibilities :
- Accurately and efficiently process full-cycle payroll
- Serve as the primary contact for employee HR inquiries, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
- Manage employee vacations and authorized absences, including benefits administration
- Prepare employee correspondence such as letters for changes, recoveries, and employment confirmations
- Provide general administrative support as needed
