About the Role
- Lead a team of employees to effectively and efficiently run the branch according to the business plan
- Evaluate and make the necessary changes to the branch’s current practices and procedures to improve daily operations, and prioritizes work to successfully meet timelines, managing continuous improvement
- Track financial and operational progress of branch and provide metrics data to the regional manager regularly
- Develop and manage branch budget (including capital expenditures). Forecasts budget expectations monthly
- Facilitate employee safety training
- Monitor inventory levels / purchasing and inventory budget including : reducing and controlling slow and obsolete inventory
- May perform other related duties within the scope of the position as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization

Who We're Looking For
- High School Dipolma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Sales / Marketing or related field preferred
- 7+ years of related work experience that includes 3 years’ work experience
- Manage a group or team of individual contributors and / or indirectly supervises support staff
- Must hold a valid driver’s license
