Job Summary

At Northern Fitness, we strive to provide an exceptional customer experience across all customer touchpoints including the final fulfillment process. The Warehouse Receiver & Picker plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse. This position involves unloading inbound shipments, counting inventory, conducting quality control checks, order picking, loading / unloading courier & customer vehicles, and general warehouse maintenance duties. Physical fitness, high degree of attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment is essential to success in this position.

Essential Functions

• Inventory Receiving : Unload trailers and containers safely using the appropriate equipment. Break down, consolidate, and receive inventory into the warehouse management system. Conduct quality control checks as required.
• Order Picking : Accurately and safely pick items from warehouse storage using RF scanners.
• Customer Service : Deliver a great customer experience with customers in a professional manner through effective written and verbal communication.
• Loading / Unloading : Safely unload and load customer / carrier vehicles, along with providing appropriate communication and documentation.
• Warehouse Maintenance : General upkeep, cleaning, and organization of working areas.
