Ourclient in the insurance industry is seeking an experienced RiskManager to support a critical initiative focused on managingthirdparty law firm relationships.

This role is essential forensuring that thirdparty risks are effectively identified assessedand mitigated in alignment with regulatory standards particularlythe B10 guidelines.

The successful candidate will collaborate withcrossfunctional teams playing a key role in enhancing riskmanagement processes and ensuring compliance within the lawdepartment.

Whatis in it foryou :

Hourly salary of $48.24 to $62.00 based onexperience.

6month contract withthe potential for permanentemployment.

Fulltime position : 37.50 hours per week.

Weekdayschedule from 9 am to 5 pm.

Responsibilities :

Develop and update toolkits and processes for managing thirdpartyrisks in collaboration with the legaldepartment.

Work closely withlegal risk management procurement and IT teams to implement andgain acceptance of these risk managementprocesses.

Collect and analyzefeedback from crossfunctional teams to continuously improve riskmanagement practices.

Lead theimplementation of enhanced thirdparty riskcontrols.

Establish monitoringand reporting mechanisms to track compliance with regulatory andinternal policies.

Engage withstakeholders to facilitate workshops and ensure alignment withbusiness needs and regulatoryrequirements.

Whatyou will need tosucceed :

Bachelor s degree in Law Business Administration Risk Management ora related field.

Lean Six Sigmacertification (NicetoHave).

Demonstrated experience in thirdparty risk management preferablywithin legal or financial servicesenvironments.

Strong knowledge ofB10 guidelines and other relevant regulatoryframeworks.

Excellent projectmanagement skills with the ability to lead and drivechange.

Strong problemsolving andanalytical skills with the ability to assess risks and developactionable plans.

Effectivecommunicator capable of working with senior stakeholders andcrossfunctionalteams.
