Are you a results-driven supervisor who thrives in dynamic, structured environments?
This is a concrete opportunity to join a key player in the grocery retail industry as part of a high-impact strategic mandate.
Your Role :
You will be responsible for the performance and day-to-day management of a small team focused on customer satisfaction for online grocery orders.
Your goal : deliver an outstanding post-purchase experience, create value from customer insights, and oversee follow-ups with rigor.

Responsibilities
Lead and coach a team of 2 agents on a daily basis
Analyze customer satisfaction survey results and recommend improvements
Oversee processing of refund requests and customer follow-ups
Closely monitor KPIs and deliver measurable outcomes
Collaborate with other departments to amplify the voice of the customer
Be accountable for your team’s results and a driver of continuous improvement
Qualifications
Proven experience supervising a team (ideally in a call center or customer service setting)
Bilingual – frequent communication in both French and English
Strong organizational skills, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
Highly autonomous and comfortable in a performance-driven environment
Skilled in using customer data to generate tangible impact
