Our client, a rapidly growing, founder‑led technology and staffing company, is expanding and looking for a hands‑on Controller to build the financial foundation and lead accounting, financial operations, and reporting alongside the leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, including AP / AR, invoicing, reconciliations, and month‑end / year‑end close.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial modeling to support growth and strategic decisions.
• Prepare financial statements and KPIs for leadership, partnering across teams to optimize processes.
• Ensure compliance, coordinate audits, and maintain strong internal controls and risk management.
