At First Frontier Logistics, we offer a variety of services including Truckload (DryVan / Reefer / Decks - OTR), Less than Truckload (DryVan / Reefer / Decks - LTL), across North America.

We are looking to add an Account Executive to our team, as we continue to expand our business and grow. We’re excited to announce we’re expanding our sales team at our Woodbridge, ON head office.

What we offer :

Excellent compensation with base, commission and bonuses. Strong growth potential. On-target earning range of $60,000 to $90,000 annually depending on experience.

$70,000 to $100,000 in second year with continued increases in subsequent years.

  • Opportunity and ability to grow into a senior level sales position within the company.

  • Monday to Friday, daytime schedule, full-time.

Role & Responsibilities :

  • Prospect leads and perform cold calls to build pipeline
  • Building and fostering relationships with new clients
  • Attending conferences in Canada, and the USA.(updated passport needed)
  • Traveling to meet clients
  • Researching market trends
  • Submitting RFI’s and RFQ’s
  • Negotiation with customers
  • Seek solutions with customers in the event of a service failures and come up with action plans
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management
  • Contribute to the expansion sales strategy and the opportunity to build and shape the corporate culture
  • Perform core-selling activities, including sales call preparation, execution of sales calls and post-call analysis and reporting
  • Work closely with the operational staff to ensure customers needs and expectations are met
  • Achieve corporate revenue goals
  • Availability for client 24 / 7, if urgent situations occur
  • Reporting to the VP of Sales and Management team when needed.
