Monday to Friday, 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm
Rate of pay
$2 1 .00 to $25.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Answer and screen calls; greet guests and direct walk‑ins appropriately
- Serve as a liaison between tenant representatives and management on service‑related issues
- Collaborat e with the Accounting and Leasing departments
- Manage and maintain scheduling for office space rentals
- Track and maintain parking violation records
- Provide exceptional service to tenants
- Update work tickets in the system and keep the Operations Manager informed of ongoing matters
