Are you ready to use your talent and creativity to make a difference in the success of Canadian entrepreneurs? BDC is recruiting for the position of Student, Visitor Experience and Event Marketing in our Vancouver office .

The selected candidate will have to ensure an exceptional experience for all our visitors and employees as well as helping with the preparation and execution of marketing events and activities taking place in our brand-new, cutting-edge and inspiring work environment

What You'll Be Doing

Visitor experience

Welcome visitors to the office as the first point of contact.

Meet and greet employees and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Anticipate the needs of the office to help ensure a seamless positive experience.

Collaborate on the development and delivery of visitor experience service offering in Vancouver office as well as activity and event programming in the region by supporting our regional marketing initiatives.

Ensure that documentation and procedures are maintained and improved to meet and sustain our established standards of service excellence.

You must have completed a minimum of one year of university studies and be registered to continue your studies in the Winter of 2025.

The duration of this employment would be from September 2024 until January 2025 . And, who knows? This opportunity could be the beginning of a successful career!
