Podcast Video Editor (Remote + 1 Day On-Site Whitby Office)

We’re looking for a skilled Podcast Video Editor to help us turn raw Zoom recordings into polished, ready-to-publish podcast episodes and engaging short‑form clips for LinkedIn.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys long‑form content, understands pacing and storytelling, and knows how to spot and extract compelling moments from conversations.

What you’ll be working on :

• Editing raw Zoom video and audio recordings into full podcast episodes
• Adding clean intros and outros (“top and tail”) to each episode
• Creating short‑form video clips from key moments for LinkedIn
• Ensuring a consistent, professional look and feel across all episodes and clips
• Collaborating with our team to refine formats and improve quality over time
