Requirements :
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings year-round. Flexibility in scheduling is key, as shifts will be assigned collaboratively.
- Full-time availability.
- Excellent understanding of computers, software and POS platforms.
- Capability to lift up to 50lbs.
Responsibilities :
- Coach, lead, and manage retail staff to foster a cohesive and motivated team.
- Facilitate team building activities and provide ongoing employee development opportunities.
- Manage floor operations during shifts to enhance guest experience, optimize salesmanship, and maintain labor and cost controls.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
- Support sales and promotional activities as needed.
- Act as a brand ambassador, providing leadership and strategic direction across all departments.
- Collaborate with the Management Team to capitalize on organizational opportunities.
