Are you experienced with agricultural equipment and enjoy hands-on problem-solving? Our client is hiring a Parts & Service Coordinator to support clients and technicians in keeping equipment running smoothly.
In this role, you’ll manage work orders, assist customers, and oversee parts inventory, combining technical know-how with customer service skills.

Compensation & Hours :
- Wage : $20-$22 / hr.
- Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 am 4 : 30 pm (occasional Saturdays during peak season)
Position Summary :
- Act as the primary contact for service requests, diagnostics, and parts inquiries
- Manage work orders from intake to completion, coordinating with technicians to ensure timely service
- Manage parts inventory, including ordering, tracking, and cataloging
- Provide hands-on assistance in preparing parts for service jobs and resolving any parts-related issues
- Advise customers on maintenance and parts, using knowledge of agricultural equipment
Required Qualifications :
- Experience : Background in service writing, equipment service, or parts
- Customer Service : Clear communication, adapting explanations to meet customer needs
- Organizational Skills : Ability to coordinate tasks, manage inventory, and adjust to customer needs
- Prioritizing : Skilled at prioritizing orders to ensure efficient service
- Problem Solving : Proactive approach to troubleshooting and meeting specifications
- Tech-Savvy : Comfortable with various programs to manage parts and service tasks
- Professionalism : Respect for agricultural work, with a focus on teamwork and reliability
