As a Senior InteriorDesigner / Stager at Alt Interiors you will play a key role inleading and managing the design process for our diverse portfolioof projects.

You will collaborate closely with clients architectscontractors and vendors to create sophisticated interiors andexpertly staged spaces that reflect our commitment to excellenceand innovation.

Responsibilities :

DesignDevelopment : Lead the conceptualization and development of designschemes for residential and commercial projects ensuring alignmentwith client preferences project requirements and budgetconstraints.

Project Management : Oversee all aspects of the design process including space planningmaterial selection furniture sourcing and procurement.

Coordinatewith project stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery withinestablished timelines andbudgets.

Client Collaboration : Fosterstrong relationships with clients by understanding their visiongoals and objectives. Provide exceptional customer service byoffering tailored design solutions managing expectations andaddressing client feedback and concerns in a timelymanner.

Team Leadership : Mentor andguide junior designers and interns providing direction feedback andsupport throughout the design process.

Foster a collaborative andinclusive work environment that encourages creativity innovationand professional growth.

StagingExecution : Manage staging projects from initial consultation toinstallation ensuring each space is curated to appeal to targetbuyers or tenants.

Collaborate with real estate agents andhomeowners to showcase properties in the best possible light andmaximize their marketability.

IndustryResearch : Stay abreast of emerging design trends technologies andbest practices to inform and enhance the quality and relevance ofour design solutions.

Integrate innovative ideas and techniquesinto projects to maintain our competitive edge in theindustry.

Qualifications :

• Bachelorsdegree in Interior Design or related field; Masters degreepreferred.
• Minimumof 5 years of experience in interior design and staging with astrong portfolio showcasing diverseprojects.
• Proficiencyin design software such as AutoCAD SketchUp Adobe Creative SuiteandRevit.
• Excellentcommunication presentation and interpersonalskills.
• Provenability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meetingdeadlines and budgetaryrequirements.
• Leadershipexperience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team ofdesigners.
• Knowledgeof local building codes regulations and permittingprocesses.
