Job Summary

We areseeking a Contract Advisor II to join the Project Controls Group ofCS Projects Department. The Project Controls Group is responsiblefor providing support to all concerned Divisions related to ProjectCost Control Scheduling Control Contracts Administration andReporting Projects KPIs.

The Contract Advisor II primary role is towork as the Contract Proponent representative in the constructionprocurement cycle and conduct compliance review for all activecontracts as per the guidelines and approved manuals.

Responsibilities :

• Handle procurement development and executionof diverse contractual actions using sound business judgment toachieve optimal commercial outcomes in a timely manner.
• Administer the contracts and ensure all terms andconditions are implemented by all projects.
• Develop and review contracting strategy and plan fordifferent types of projects.
• Implement ThisCompany Procurement Manual for all contracts and consciouslymonitor implementation.
• Develop and reviewchange order packages and ensure compliance with related guidelinesand procedures.
• Develop and review negotiationstrategies for change orders.
• Participate innegotiation meetings for all change orders.
• Ensure implementation of supplier performance evaluationby project teams.
• Conduct or participate incounseling sessions with lowperforming contractors and log therequired actions.
• Conduct compliance reviewsof all active contracts periodically.

Requirements :

• This role required candidate topermanently relocate at Dhahran SaudiArabia.
• Minimum four (04) yearbachelors degree from an accredited UK university in BusinessEngineering Law or Contracts Management.
• Anadvanced degree is preferred.
• Experience : Atleast 10 years experience of specialized contracting experience indesign consultancy and constructioncontracts / agreements.
