AbouttheOpportunity :

Conexiom is expanding its commercial sales organization globally. As a Commercial Account Executive, you will report to the Director of Sales. You will take responsibility for territoryplanningandprospectdevelopment.Youwillownandrunthesalesprocessend-to-end for both existing and net new customers, supported by the business development team andthe pre-salessolutionconsulting team,aswellasother Conexiom resourcesasrequired. Think of yourself as the quarterback who calls the plays for the sales cycle, bringing in the required players to succeed.Responsibilities :

  • Research,evaluate,andstrategizewiththeDirectoronyourassigned territory
  • TargetnewlogostopenetratewiththesupportofyourBusinessDevelopmentTeam
  • Utilizeastrategicsellingapproachtoconductdiscoverymeetingsandsolution presentations to Midmarket accounts
  • Understandprospectivecustomerissuesandbuildaconsensusforchangebasedupon business value creation on a multi-stakeholder basis
  • KnowwhentobringinotherConexiomresourcesinordertowin
  • Ownboththe“land”aswellasthe“expand”salescycleswithinassignedtarget accounts
  • BecomeanexpertontheConexiom solution
  • Negotiatesalescontractsand“close”
  • ProvidefeedbacktotheDirectorandtheProductgroupregardingmarketneedsand requirements

Qualifications :

  • ProvensuccessinB2BEnterpriseSaaSorSoftwarebusinessapplicationsales
  • Demonstratedexperiencewithstrategicsellingmethodologies–abletochallengethe status quo within prospects
  • PreferenceforERP,eCommerce,EDI,RPA,DocumentAutomation,Workflow,Supply Chain, MES or similar software experience
  • Priorin-depthexperienceengagingwithsimilarmarketstothosewhichConexiom serves : Manufacturing, Distribution, Logistics
  • Strongpipelinedevelopment skills
  • Provenabilitytodrivesalescyclesforward,orqualifyout
  • ExperiencenegotiatingSaaS / ARRcontracts
  • Tenacityto“close”thedeal
  • Previousexperiencelandingbothnewlogosaswellasexpandingexisting accounts
