Kelly Services is currently hiring for a TEMP to PERM opportunity for a client in Oakville, OntarioTitle : Customer Fulfillment Representative Pay rate : $25- $29 / hour based on experience.
Temp to perm position : Mon Friday operation is from 8am 6 : 30pm, would prefer candidates work the 10 : 30am 6 : 30pm shift- in-person- 2 days in office Between Monday and Wednesday, and must be in the office on Tuesdays.
Requirements : PunctualityMeets metrics and deliverables.Is task oriented, can follows processes and structureFast-paced environmentOrder entry experience on ERP system such as SAP, Salesforce, Ariba,Handle 25 30 new cases daily while working on pending cases from previous daysLow volume phone calls, most of the work is via email or the databaseSupport Sales team and customers who are typically looking for status on orders Candidate will be assigned a territory and they will own the customers in that territory.
They have 4 people assigned to each territory and they will sit in a nice office environment to provide support to each member of the team.
Criminal and Global background check via Triton.2 x Work ReferencesCopy of education Candidate will be provided a laptop and headset Could be required to be in office for 3 days for the first 3 months.
2 weeks training with quality team.Have to work 3 stat holidays, they will get a payout or day in lieu, they get to choose.
