Our Client is seeking a Senior SAP Quality Assurance Manager to build out a new QA practice within a SAP Center of Excellence bringing 12+ years progressive QA experience in manual and automated test environments.
This is a permanent role that requires you to work in the office 3 days / week. Will relocate right candidate to Calgary.

Must Have :
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software quality assurance roles with expertise in all phases of the testing life cycle .
- 4+ years coordinating / leading a team of testers in a large QA practice or delivering large with experience managing a team of testers
- 5+ years testing SAP solutions with experience on S / 4 projects
- Experience with regression, integration, performance testing
- Hands on Manual and automated testing
- For Automated : Tricentis TOSCA preferred
- For performance testing LoadRunner experience is preferred
Nice to have :
- QA Certifications
- Experience working in Agile delivery models
What you will be doing :
- Strong Quality Assurance experience throughout all
- Managing a team of testers providing guidance, coaching and best practices
- Managing and coordinating daily testing activities for SAP project and sustainment releases
- Creating test plans and test cases
- Plan and coordinate setting up test environments, test strategies and test data management strategies
- Hands-on delivery manual and automated testing :
- Regression, integration and performance testing
