Job Description

Reporting to one of our SAP Finance Team Managers, the Senior Business Advisor, SAP Finance, is a member of Talan's SAP Finance team and is an essential partner in the digital transformation of our clients.

You are a recognized expert in SAP financial solutions, capable of designing and optimizing financial models on S/4HANA Finance to meet the specific needs of each client. You will not only drive the implementation process through to client support, but also ensure seamless integration with logistical functionalities. Within your team, you train, support, and guide your peers.

As a Senior Business Advisor, SAP Finance, your main mission will be to:

• Participate in the analysis of customer needs to propose and implement SAP Finance solutions adapted to their business processes.
• Contribute to the creation of effective solutions adapted to our clients' contexts.
• Collaborate closely with the logistics, technical and project management teams and our clients' representatives to ensure a smooth integration of the solutions developed.
• Provide basic technical support to project teams throughout implementation.
• Accompany junior or intermediate advisors and train them on projects.
• Act as a financial expert with our clients and colleagues in our sales cycles.

Qualifications

• Possess an undergraduate degree in accounting or an equivalent.
• Have a very good understanding of financial processes in business contexts such as manufacturing, distribution and logistics.
• 8 years of experience in implementing SAP projects and SAP financial modules.
• Have delivered several complete S/4HANA Finance projects.
• Proficient with MS-Office tools.
• Communication: good oral and written communication skills in English, to communicate with clients across North America French fluency is considered an asset.

Preferred skills

• Leadership capabilities, integrity, autonomy and resilience.
• Holding a professional designation (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA or equivalent) is an asset.
• Your previous experiences highlight your commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and your ability to work collaboratively within a team.
