Overview

As a senior level leader, you will be responsible for the direct sales and service of KM products, solutions and IT services for the Western region in Canada.

You will be responsible for all aspects of branch operations in the region, accountable for setting direction, and achieving the total direct revenue and profit goals with full P&L responsibility.

In this role, you will incorporate the corporate vision and strategy initiatives for growth, development and alignment in the teams' daily activities.

Responsibilities

Customer Centricity -Focus on engaging customers, adding value to their business and working together to build opportunities and improve customer experience- Supports internal and external customers with the needs of their business- Actively listens to engage the team in supporting and building on business opportunities - Explore opportunities to provide synchronicities between company offerings and customer needs- Become a trusted advisor for key customers to maintain and grow Konica Minolta business, as well as ensure customer satisfaction- Interfaces with key customers to maintain and grow KMBS business, as well as ensure customer satisfactionGrowth Mindset -Inspire and empower teamin developing and implementing successful sales and service strategies and action plans to achieve revenue goals and spur top line results- Focus on continuous learning opportunities - Demonstrate self-awareness capabilities and techniques- Taking ownership individual development and the development of the teamConceptual Thinking - Translate corporate vision into action- Focus on systems, creativity and innovative thinking to achieve margins, profit and revenue goals for the current fiscal operation plan of the regionVision - Lead corporate vision and culturewhile realizing business objectives- Communicates corporate vision, objectives and policies / procedures to meet business objectives- Encourages employees focus on the corporate goals and objectives by maintaining synergies between daily activities and the overarching corporate visionStrategic Thinking - Communicate vision and strategyby accounting for external factors and think outside the box to solve business problems - Demonstrated ability to diagnose and creatively solve problems, mitigate risk and adapt tactically while pursuing strategic business objectives- Design and report on key metrics determining the success of established business plans and identify areas for improvement and potential growthEngaging people - Engages, motivates and drives resultsthrough the management of sales and service resources while building Konica Minolta’s Brand within the region- Defines accountabilities and empowers staff to meet or exceed established sales goals and service revenue goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.- 10-15 years progressive sales leadership experience in this industry or related technology field- proven track record for building successful teams, and strong business acumen - This position requires financial acumen combined with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must possess the ability to analyze and resolve issues strategically and functionally.- Strong management practices, such as team building, motivation and coaching are required.
