Job Title : Cleaner - Lead Hand

Location : Richmond Center - Richmond, BC

Wage : $20.38 / hour

Shift : Monday to Friday 5 : 00AM - 1 : 30PM

What you’ll be doing :

• Perform cleaning duties and ensure facilities are cleaned to the best of the team’s ability
• Lead and coordinate the work of cleaners on shift
• Follow pre-set policies, guidelines, and rules to maintain a safe working environment.
• Inspect sites to ensure established safety and cleanliness standards are met
• Recommend and communicate to Supervisors to arrange for additional services as necessary
• Training new cleaning staff
• Provide excellent customer service to represent Alpine in professional manners.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as : auto scrubbers, carpet cleaners, high dusting equipment, Etc.
• Driving a tractor to haul garbage away
• Enhanced cleaning as per work orders when requested
• Additional tasks assigned by Manager
