The Opportunity

​​Ensure operation of mechanical systems and equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements and troubleshooting problems on conveyors, machinery, with use of manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints, etc.​ The hourly wage rate for this position : $47.08

What You’ll Do

• Ensure operation of mechanical systems and equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements and troubleshooting problems on conveyors, machinery, with the use of manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints, etc.
• Install new machines and equipment
• Required to utilize documentation in CMMS
• Repair and replace as necessary, pumps, valves, motors, etc.
• Focus on minimizing downtime through preventive maintenance and good troubleshooting techniques
• Inform production workers of routine mechanical preventive maintenance plans
• Prepare maintenance reports and make recommendations as necessary for improvements
• Maintain technical knowledge by attending education workshops
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with health and safety and housekeeping practices and use of personal protective equipment.
• Maintain documentation as required by Atlantic Packaging
• Perform quality checks on all work performed
• Contribute team effort by accomplishing related results and other duties as assigned
