Location: Concord, ON (Creditstone Road)
Pay Rate: $17.95/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Varying Shifts)
Timings: Can be mornings or afternoons throughout the week.
Hours: 20 hours per week: Part Time

Our client, a leader in the logistics and transportation industry, is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to join their team. This role is ideal for a customer-focused individual who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will provide exceptional service to customers while supporting daily retail and shipping operations.

What You'll Do

• Provide friendly and professional customer service in person and over the phone
• Promote and upsell company products and services
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and shipment concerns
• Assist customers with shipping details and account-related questions
• Process shipments, scan packages, and maintain accurate records
• Help resolve freight and delivery issues as required
• Support daily retail counter operations

What We're Looking For

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• Previous customer service experience (3-12 months preferred)
• Position Requirements
• This is a float position
• 20 hours per week
• Shifts are assigned on a varying schedule between Monday and Friday
• Candidates must be flexible with their availability
• Employees are required to wear black or dark navy blue clothing while on shift
• Must be comfortable assisting customers in a retail and shipping environment
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs is required
