Your proven ability to build the business will include a strong dedication to following and enforcing all Company policies, procedures, and standards as well as an ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, employees, and management.

If you are a well organized individual possessing sound supervisory delegation and leadership skills, combined with professional sales experience, who has a positive attitude, a desire to support Company initiatives, and a commitment to achieving Company objectives, then we have the opportunity for you to excel!

We offer advancement opportunities through our promote-from-within policies, as well as the following comprehensive benefits program. Starting pay will fall within the salary range indicated and may vary based on job-related experience, knowledge and education:

Employees will be scheduled 40 hours per week and must be available to work a flexible schedule, Monday through Sunday, for day and evening shifts. From time to time, this position requires the successful candidate to transfer from one store to another, or to work in other locations depending on organizational need and career development opportunities.
