Job descriptionMobilisation des clients – Mettre à profit connaissances en gestion de trésorerie, crédit, placement et protection des avoirs pour répondre aux questions des clients et les renseigner. Résolution de problèmes – Écouter le client, lui poser des questions, apprendre et agir comme un propriétaire. Compétences organisationnelles – Préparer dossiers, fixer rendez‑vous, tenir à jour horaires, améliorer productivité d’équipe. Prioriser les clients – Communiquer pour trouver les bonnes solutions, dépasser les attentes. Investissement personnel – S’investir de tout cœur, écouter et apprendre des autres. Passion pour les gens – Tisser liens, respecter divers points de vue. Résultat collectif – Travailler en équipe pour transformer idées en réalisations. Tâches du titulaire
- Collaborer avec les spécialistes en services financiers pour aider les clients à valeur élevée à assurer leur avenir et à faire croître leur entreprise.
- Offrir du soutien administratif et du soutien à la clientèle afin de trouver des occasions de croissance.
- Créer de solides relations de travail tout en contribuant à la réussite financière des clients.
- Travailler durant les heures d’ouverture des centres bancaires, y compris soirs et fins de semaine.
- Être mobile entre différents centres bancaires situés à une distance raisonnable.
