About the Role

We’re hiring a Director of Strategy & Operations to step into a newly created, high‑impact role designed to drive meaningful change across the business. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands‑on, execution‑focused leader with strong mid‑level experience who’s ready to take the next step in their career.

In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leadership to turn strategy into action—owning initiatives end‑to‑end, improving operational effectiveness, and shaping how the business runs day to day. You’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves, navigating ambiguity, and leading through influence to deliver real, measurable results.

This is a full‑time, in‑office position for someone energized by collaboration and ready to help build and refine processes in real time. If you’re motivated by ownership, visibility, and the chance to shape real change from the ground up, this role was built for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO, President and Sr. Leadership team to set and execute strategic goals.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that support the company’s growth objectives.
• Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across executive leadership and key stakeholders
• Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for executive meetings.
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational risks to optimize profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop senior management teams to achieve organizational excellence.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience (5-7 years) in a leadership role (focused on Operational Management, Strategy, or similar).
• Strong understanding of business operations, finance, and strategic planning.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field (MBA considered an asset).
