Our customer, a trusted leader in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning industry, is looking for a motivated, hard-working individual to join its customer service team.
Workplace : Brossard
When : Immediately
Salary : 50-60k depending on experience
Schedule : Monday to Friday, full-time, 8 hours a day

Responsibilities
Respond to customer needs by phone or e-mail.
- Enter customer orders from the profit center.
- Manage warranty files
- Ability to handle different tasks at the same time
- Solve problems related to customer orders
- Handle customer returns
- Manage daily purchases
- All other administrative and related tasks
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education an asset
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Strong ability to prioritize
- Team spirit
Positive, results-oriented attitude
- Ability to take initiative
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to work independently
- Bilingual in French and English, with strong oral and written communication skills, as you will be managing relationships with customers who speak only French or English
