Job descriptionRelève directement du superviseur de production; Travaille sur différentes tâches de production selon le poste occupé. Ces tâches peuvent inclure d'opérer des équipements de tréfilage et de coupage, de travailler dans le département du pesage / malaxage, de l'extrusion ou de l'emballage des produits finis; Doit être capable de soulever des poids pouvant atteindre 50 lb de façon régulière; S'assure que les spécifications et la qualité des produits fabriqués sont atteintes; Faire son travail en toute sécurité et en respectant les critères de QUALITÉ (ISO), DE SANTÉ SÉCURITÉ ET D'ENVIRONNEMENT requis; De remplir adéquatement et en temps tous les rapports et documents qui sont demandés à chaque quart de travail; Travailler en collaboration avec les autres équipes et départements dans le but d'améliorer continuellement les processus de production; Analyser les tâches de production pour identifier les problèmes et proposer des actions correctives; Secondaire V ou équivalent; Être motivé et avoir une excellente aptitude qualité et sécurité; Avoir des habiletés en résolution de problèmes et en communication; Être apte à comprendre et interpréter les spécifications et procédures de travail; Posséder des habiletés mécaniques est un atout.
