Job descriptionEnter data from various sources into company databases with high accuracy. Review and verify data for completeness and correctness before submission. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve data processes. Generate reports and assist with data retrieval as needed. Perform routine backups to ensure data preservation. Adhere to company policies and procedures related to data management. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management is a plus. Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role. Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with database software. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
