About the Role

At KPCA, accuracy and efficiency are key to our success. We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team and play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our data systems. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the smooth operation of our company by ensuring that all information is accurately entered and updated in a timely manner.

Key Objectives

  • Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
  • Maintain data quality and consistency across multiple platforms.
  • Support various departments by providing timely and reliable data entry services.
  • Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data records.

Responsibilities

  • Enter data from various sources into company databases with high accuracy.
  • Review and verify data for completeness and correctness before submission.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve data processes.
  • Generate reports and assist with data retrieval as needed.
  • Perform routine backups to ensure data preservation.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures related to data management.

    • Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
  • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with database software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
